The Kronberg Festival will take place from 21 September to 3 October 2023
The Kronberg Festival 2023 celebrates Pablo Casals and 30 years of Kronberg Academy
Music for humanity! World famous performers, top-flight talent and extraordinary ensembles are set to showcase all that music can achieve. They will honour the exceptional musician and peace activist Pablo Casals (1876-1973) on the 50th anniversary of his death and look to his simple message “I am a human being first, an artist second.” This belief in the power of music has inspired Kronberg Academy for 30 years.
Twenty-six concerts with music from across the centuries, panel discussions, exhibitions and public violin and viola masterclasses invite guests to join the celebrations at the Casals Forum and many other venues besides.
