The program provides personal instruction in lessons and master classes given by renowned violinists and teachers, innovative workshops, and an opportunity to perform as soloists in daily concerts. Additionally, the program offers a unique archery workshop tailored specifically for string players.
50 to 60 exceptional students from various parts of the world participate in the course every summer. These students are often winners of international competitions. Additionally, there are approximately 1,650 graduates of Keshet Eilon from all over the world who continue to excel in the music industry, either as soloists or conductors of well-known orchestras. Most of them keep in touch with the music center and help promote it.
Despite the complex reality in Israel this year, Keshet Eilon is committed to continuing its annual activity. The organization has been evacuated from Kibbutz Eilon and its campus, but it will hold the summer Mastercourse in a format adapted to the situation. The contents will remain the same as every year, as well as the rich and wonderful program of the course.
During the international Keshet Eilon International String Summer Mastercourse 2024, all activities, including personal lessons and master classes, are open to the public free of charge. The evening concerts require a fee to cover operating and production expenses.

Israel’s Keshet Eilon Music center was founded in 1990 on Kibbutz Eilon in Western Galilee in order to foster and promote young string musicians from Israel and abroad. The Center’s musical activities, which are intended for performers at the highest level, have gained a remarkable reputation throughout the musical world, and attract dozens of today’s foremost young musicians every year. Many of Keshet Eilon’s 1,300 graduates have won the world’s most important musical competitions and have embarked upon magnificent careers as soloists; others lead renowned orchestras – and all act as goodwill ambassadors for Western Galilee and Israel as a whole.
