The 2nd edition of the Hong Kong International Conducting Competition 2023 will take place in March 2023 with Hong Kong Sinfonietta as the official orchestra.

The Competition and Workshop aims to provide a platform for young conductors to establish a network in Asia.

• For conductors under the age of 35 to establish a network in Asia, where the local orchestral scenes are rapidly developing
• Features an international jury made up of conductors and people shaping the music business today
• A maximum of 16 candidates will be chosen to conduct Hong Kong Sinfonietta in the Competition in March 2023
