
CAG Victor Elmaleh Virtual Competition 2022
The CAG Victor Elmaleh Virtual Competition 2022 is open to all instruments, voice, and chamber ensembles. We encourage unique chamber ensemble combinations.
Competition age limits as of January 21, 2022:
– Solo instrumentalists: 28 (born on or after January 22, 1993)
– Solo singers: 30 (born on or after January 22, 1991)
– Ensembles must have an average age of no more than 30 as of January 21, 2022. No member of the ensemble may be over the age of 35.
Grand Prize winners receive:
International management (Americas and Europe) jointly with CAG and Young Classical Artists Trust (YCAT
Performances at both Merkin Concert Hall in New York and Wigmore Hall in London
Participation in CAG 360

Winners of CAG’s annual competition receive comprehensive management support, New York performances, concert bookings and professional career development and coaching.

CAG seeks to partner with musicians who are thoughtful citizen artists and have a commitment to connecting their music to the greater world. Artists who fit these criteria are encouraged to apply to the 2022 Victor Elmaleh Virtual Competition.
To align with our European partner, YCAT, the CAG Victor Elmaleh Virtual Competition 2022 is now held in the spring. To apply, you must fill out the online application form and pay the application fee below. All applications will be evaluated in the preliminary, semifinal, and final rounds by qualified jury panels.
